ABOUT US


Sustainability is based on the principles of ecological, social and economic responsibility. The association emphasises the conscious use of the Earth's limited resources, always taking into account social justice and economic development.

Under the name »Aktion Grüner Film / Action Film Vert / Azione Film Verde«, an association within the meaning of Art. 60 et seq. of the Civil Code, with its registered office in Zurich, is established. It is politically independent and confessional neutral.)


OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE:
  • AGF is actively involved in creating the economic, political and social conditions necessary for a sustainable film and audiovisual industry in Switzerland.
  • The AGF involves the entire process and all stakeholders in Switzerland, from design to production, from operation to distribution, from training to continuing education.
  • The AGF encourages exchanges and maintains relations with national actors for a sustainable cultural scene and international actors in sustainable cinematographic creation.
  • The association is entirely devoted to the public interest and does not pursue any profit-making or mutual assistance. The bodies of the association carry out their activities on a voluntary basis.

GUDULA MEINZOLT, PULLY  |

Certified Green Consultant MFG Stuttgart, producer, consultant.
Gudula grew up in Germany and has lived in Lausanne for several years. In the field of cinema, she has worked in festival organization and programming, distribution, filmmaking and, above all, as a producer. With Autentika Films in Berlin, she has produced 20 feature and documentary films with film teams from Latin America and Africa. In Switzerland, she works with Vollbild Film in Basel. She was responsible for the Mannheim Meetings and Head of Industry at Visions du Réel, where she continues to supervise the selection of projects. With Ciné-Doc in Lausanne, she was organizing the first Swiss Documentary Film Week that took place in June 2023. Gudula is also active in many countries as a consultant, trainer pitching, production and impact strategies. In 2021 she completed training to become a certified GREEN CONSULTANT at the Media University Stuttgart and now advises Swiss production companies on sustainable film production.  

CARINA KAISER, LUGANO  | Email

Certified Green Consultant MFG Stuttgart, production assistant, location scouting.
Carina was born in Germany, grew up in Lugano and graduated in film at the F+F University of Applied Sciences in Zurich in 2011. Since 2008 she has been working in film and theatre for various productions and festivals. In 2018 she started an ongoing collaboration as a production assistant with film producer Nicola Bernasconi of the production company ROUGH CAT in Lugano. With her own production company RAZZIA PRODUCTION, she pursues her own projects and various commissioned works. In the spring of 2021, she took the opportunity to attend the MFG Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart, participating in an online training as a Green Consultant in the field of film and media, successfully obtaining a certificate with work on a documentary film project. Since 2023 is she working as a Green Consultant in fiction and documentary films.

TANJA MARIA KOLLER, BADEN  | Email

Make-Up Artist.
Tanja Maria Koller has been a make-up artist for over 20 years. She has worked on feature and TV films, theatre and advertising productions in Switzerland and abroad. Among others, she worked in Albania and Italy for Laura Pispuri's »Vergine Giurata« with Alba Rohrwacher and Lars Eidinger. She was also head make-up artist for Lorenz Merz's »Soul of a Beast« with Pablo Caprez, Ella Rumpf and Luna Wedler. For this work she was awarded the Zurich Film Prize 2022 for make-up design. She has already incorporated her personal interest in sustainability and ecological action into her work. Now she is taking it a step further with the GFA.

DOK MOBILE, certified Green Consultant IHK Munich.
Dunja Keller, bachelor's degree in anthropology and further training in communication. After a start in film mediation (Association La Lanterne Magique Suisse) and various diversions into other fields (architecture, social, theatre), she joined the production company DOK MOBILE in 2015 as director and producer. In 2023 she trained as Green Consultant Film/TV (IHK Akademie München & Oberbayern) and created the VERDISSIMO service within DOK MOBILE. For more than 20 years, she has been a member of the Cinébrunch Regards d'Ailleurs programming group, whose mission is to find cinematic gems and offer a dialogue with the audience around the films presented.

CARLO EL BASBASI, BERNE  | Email

Certified Green Consultant HSLU, producer, production assistant. Carlo El Basbasi (*1992) is a certified producer and Green Consultant based in Bern. His short film ENTROPY OF THINGS, a critical commentary on the disposable society, was successful at more than a dozen European festivals in 2022. Since this year he has been working as a creative producer on his first feature film, PROJECT SOLANUM. The climate fiction is supported by the Story Lab of the Migros Cultural Percent. Carlo is also employed as a production assistant at Lomotion AG and for six years was Director of Production for Commissioned Films and Managing Director at Neon Ray Films GmbH in Bern. His passion for cinema was born during his studies in political science, when he learned to work as a cameraman in various cinemas in Berne. He still makes screenings on a regular basis.
